Compressed sensing for dMRI acquisition

Improved dMRI acquisition:

Compressed sensing for dMRI acquisition:

  • Characterization of the Ensemble Average Propagator sparsity [1].
  • CS diffusion signal modeling and processing technique to capture complex angular structure of the diffusion process from a reduced gradient direction set arising from an older MR system [2].

Post processing of dMRI acquisition:

  • New tractography algorithm based on the Ensemble Average Propagator [3].

Software:

  • Development of a new software, which provides tools for Diffusion Spectrum Imaging reconstruction and acceleration using Compressive Sensing. This project is still under development. An insertion into the library DIPY is planned.

Work in progress:

  • Writing of a journal paper regarding the acceleration of Diffusion MRI via Compressive Sensing.
